Kevin Bowman is a professor of art at Montgomery College in Takoma Park/Silver Spring, Maryland, where he teaches printmaking and foundations courses. Born and raised in Hartford City, Indiana, he holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in printmaking from Ball State University and a Master of Fine Arts in printmaking from the University of South Dakota.

Prior to joining Montgomery College in 2017, he taught at College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California, while also serving as the director and curator of Arts Visalia, a non-profit community art center. He has curated, organized and designed over one hundred exhibitions and his work has been included in over eighty exhibitions and print portfolios.
